These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.thedentalcontentclub.com and related booking pages, forms, chat and messaging (together, the "Site"), operated by dentalluremktg, LLC d/b/a The Dental Content Club ("Dental Content Club," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Dental Content Club provides video production, content and marketing services to dental practices. Paid services are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work signed by the client. If those agreements conflict with these Terms, the signed agreements control.

Free audits and information

Online presence audits and other free materials are provided for general informational purposes. They are based on publicly available information at the time of review and are not a guarantee of any result.

SMS terms

By opting in to text messages from Dental Content Club, you agree to receive messages at the mobile number you provided.

Program description: customer care messages (replies to inquiries, call confirmations and reminders, onboarding and production scheduling) and, if you separately opt in, promotional messages about our services for dental practices.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, interfering with its operation, or attempting to access it without authorization.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, branding and materials belong to Dental Content Club or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Ownership of content produced for clients is set out in the client's signed agreements.

Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or use third-party services, such as scheduling, chat, AI search engines and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site and free materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, rankings, patient numbers or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dental Content Club is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or free materials.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
