Information you give us: your name, practice name, email address, mobile phone number, practice website and social media handles, practice location, and answers you provide when booking a call or requesting an audit (such as new patient numbers, marketing goals and monthly collections).
Information from your practice's public presence: publicly available information about your practice, such as your website, Google Business Profile, reviews and social media, which we review to prepare audits and recommendations.
Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
